Inventory and Production
Upon successful online payment, your ‘in-stock’ order received before 7 PM (Yerevan time, GMT+4) will be shipped the next working day.
Since our products are handcrafted and unique, your ‘out-of-stock’ order requires 7-10 days for production from the time of placement.
All pre-order items will be shipped between 30 to 45 days from the day of order.
Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Our payments are handled safely by Yerevan-based Ameriabank, with branches in Armenia, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
In accordance with Armenian law, you will be billed for all transactions in Armenian dram (AMD) at the current rate provided by your card issuer. Any prices shown in other currencies are indicative only and shown for reference. Please contact your card issuer for an exact conversion rate.
Shipping
TUMO Studios works with several shipping companies to provide safe and securely tracked international shipping all over the world, directly to our customers. You’ll receive order updates via email each time the status of your order changes and a tracking number once your order has shipped.

- Within Armenia: 3 working days
